Online audiences gained popularity during the pandemic.

The online audience has been regulated by the National Justice Council (CNJ) since 2010, even though videoconferencing for hearings has received attention recently.

Judges, lawyers, and parties must follow CNJ rules to keep an online audience engaged. While online procedures have benefits, it is important to be cautious to ensure a fair legal process.

The legal sector faces difficulties in embracing remote work due to compliance issues, strict regulations, and worries about customer data protection. However, advancements in technology have led to significant changes in this area, particularly with improved security measures and increased connectivity.
